The test takes about 5 minutes and gives a detailed outlook of your current level of fitness and health After a warm up, the subject runs as fast a possible for 12 minutes. Tester records distance covered (miles, yards, kilometers, meters). Evaluates cardiovascular fitness for adults. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of the weight of a person scaled according to their height. It was developed in the mid 1800s and is still used today. BMI provides a simple numeric measure of a person’s “fatness” or “thinness”.
